Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Kronstadt-Image photo studio website and booking service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our photo studio.

Booking Process

• All bookings are subject to availability and require confirmation
• You must provide accurate and complete contact information (name, email, phone) when booking
• Bookings are confirmed only after successful prepayment coordination via WhatsApp
• You will receive a confirmation email with booking details, order number, and WhatsApp payment coordination instructions
• Unpaid bookings expire automatically after 4 hours and will be cancelled by our system
• You may specify the number of people (1-10+) and add photobook purchases during booking
• By completing a booking, you accept our Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use

Payment Terms

• A prepayment is required to confirm and secure your booking (amount displayed during booking process)
• Prepayment must be coordinated and completed via WhatsApp within 4 hours of booking
• Payment coordination is manual - we will contact you via WhatsApp with payment instructions
• The remaining balance is due at the studio before or after your photo session
• Weekend sessions (Saturday and Sunday) may include a surcharge as displayed during booking
• Pricing varies based on session duration (hourly), number of people, and any photobook additions
• All prices are listed in Romanian Lei (RON)
• Promotional offers: Buy 2 photobooks, get 1 free (3 for the price of 2)

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before scheduled session: Full prepayment refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before session: 50% prepayment refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before session: No refund
• No-shows without prior notice: No refund of prepayment
• To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp, email, or the contact form as soon as possible
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (technical issues, emergencies) with full refund
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method

Studio Usage Rules

• Treat all photography equipment, lighting, backdrops, and facilities with care and respect
• Report any damage, malfunctions, or technical issues to studio staff immediately
• Keep the studio space clean, organized, and in the same condition as when you arrived
• Do not exceed your booked time slot without prior arrangement and additional payment
• Follow all safety guidelines, instructions, and studio policies provided by staff
• Maximum occupancy must not exceed the number of people specified in your booking
• No smoking anywhere in the studio premises
• Food and drinks are allowed only in designated areas - keep all liquids away from equipment
• Children must be supervised by adults at all times
• You are responsible for any damage caused to equipment or facilities during your session

Limitation of Liability

Kronstadt-Image photo studio is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of your personal equipment, materials, belongings, or property during your studio session. You are solely responsible for your own equipment, cameras, props, and personal items. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for your booking. We strongly recommend obtaining appropriate insurance coverage for your photography equipment and activities. The studio is not responsible for the quality or outcome of photos/videos produced during your session.

Intellectual Property

All photographs, videos, and creative content produced during your studio session belong to you or your clients as the creator. You retain all intellectual property rights to your work. Our studio name 'Kronstadt-Image', logo, branding, website content, and marketing materials are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or used without written permission. You may credit our studio in your work, portfolio, or social media posts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website with an updated 'Last Updated' date. Your continued use of the booking service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
